2. Client Responsibilities
By partnering with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information as requiredRespond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials in a timely mannerEnsure that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations
3. Contract Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any agreement immediately if:
You engage in unlawful activityYou show aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward any member of our teamPayments remain outstanding for over 30 daysYour actions damage our reputation or breach trust
4. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are rarely issued. Requests submitted more than 90 days after the initial payment may be reviewed at our discretion.Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason is considered a breach of this agreement. Legal action may be pursued and you will be liable for any associated costs.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writingLate payments may lead to service suspension and accrue interest as defined in your contract
6. Ownership of Work
All work created by Pecuna Factorem remains our property until full payment has been receivedUpon full settlement, ownership rights transfer to you unless otherwise stated
7. Use of Third-Party Tools
We may use platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others during service deliveryYou agree to comply with their terms of useWe are not liable for any disruptions or changes on third-party platforms
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information, including proprietary strategies, business data, and sensitive materials.
9. Data Protection
We are GDPR-compliant and uphold all relevant data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to data processing as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
10. Limitation of Liability
